I think it includes time before kids go to school, during school (use of their Ipods, cell phones) and after school. Most of my sons friends-age 11- bed time is around 10pm-yes you heard me correctly, 10pm.

Yes, great job Pam! You did the responsible thing-even though it must have been hard to enforce. You were NOT selfish and stuck with the easy thing-you were thinking of only the benefit of your child. I applaude you for stepping up to the plate and being the parent.

I hope this is a movement that infiltrates America sooner than later. I'm not against technology but I have my limit on how many devices I want my son to have, and I do not make it a priority when it comes to connecting, and engaging in healthy family time that seems to be lost in our society.
